Heinrich boll foundation is now accepting applications for undergraduate, Masters and Ph.D. Scholarships in Germany. Heinrich Böll Foundation is an organization that believes in democracy and human rights. The foundation is also allied with the German green party.The foundation currently has a network of 30 international offices. These undergraduate, masters and Ph.D. scholarships in Germany are given to students with good academic records. International students, students from the European Union and German students, everyone can apply for this internship.Applicants will first have to apply and be selected in a German or German Recognized university and then apply for this scholarship.

What are the Eligibility criteria:
Since the scholarship is offered to many different groups of students the eligibility criteria for each are different.
1. FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND MASTERS SCHOLARSHIPS CRITERIA:
A.) FOR GERMAN/NON-GERMAN STUDENTS:
For German/Non-German students who have been educated in Germany before:
- Applicants can only apply for this scholarship for their First degree i.e. Bachelors
B.) FOR EU STUDENTS:
For European Union Students who have NOT been educated in Germany:
- Applicants can apply only for Master’s degree
- Applicants must have proof of their Bachelor’s degree
- Applicants must have proof of their proficiency in German language (Level B2 or DSH2)
C). FOR NON-EU STUDENTS:
Students who are NOT EU nationals and have not been educated in Germany:
- Applicants can apply for a Master’s degree only
- Applicants must have proof of their Bachelor’s degree
- Applicants must have proof of their proficiency in German language (Level B2 or DSH2)
2. FOR DOCTORATE DEGREE CRITERIA:
For All Students:
- Applicants will have to provide proof that they have been accepted into a doctorate
- level program at a German or state-recognized university
- Applicants who are not German will have to prove their proficiency in the German language

1. FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND MASTERS SCHOLARSHIPS BENEFITS:A.) FOR GERMAN/NON-GERMAN STUDENTS:
For German/Non-German students who have been educated in Germany before:
- Will be different for every individual based on their level of income or parent’s income.
- The maximum amount will be Euro 649 plus 300 Euros for books every month
B). FOR EU STUDENTS:
For European Union Students who have NOT been educated in Germany:
- Will be different for every individual based on their level of income or parent’s income.
- The maximum amount will be Euro 649 plus 300 Euros for books every month
C.) FOR NON-EU STUDENTS:
For Students who are NOT EU nationals and have not been educated in Germany:
- Euro 850 every month plus other different allowances
2. FOR DOCTORATE DEGREE BENEFITS:
Scholarship Funding covers:
- For German/Non-German students who have been educated in Germany before: Euro1350 every month and Euro100 research allowance every month
- For European Union Students who have NOT been educated in Germany:
- Euro1350 every month and Euro 100 research allowance every month
- For Students who are NOT EU nationals and have not been educated in Germany: Euro1200 every month and Euro100 research allowance every month

What are the Required Documents for Application:
For Undergraduate and Masters Scholarships:
- CV
- A motivation letter stating your motivation behind applying for this scholarship
- An outline describing your area of interest and chosen subject
- An outline that describes your political interests and social commitments
- Academic records
- A copy of your first-degree certificate (if you’re applying for Masters)
- Foreign applicants will also have to provide proof of their proficiency in German language (Minimum B2 or DSH 2 level)
