EduHive has introduced the EduHive Scholars 2020 to support meritorious students of the higher secondary level to make learning easy for them. An open competition will be held among the applicants. Selected winners will be awarded 15.5+ Lac BDT equivalent scholarships.
Eligibility:
Competitors must be H.S.C level students for the academic year 2018-2019 A student must be enrolled in Science or Commerce group in a govt approved college. The scholarship would be applicable for the students who get at least 50% Marks in the online examination.
Winners selection:
Students will be ranked according to the Highest marks.Students who get the same numbers will be ranked by Less negative marks & Students who get the same numbers & negative marks will be ranked by Less taken time to finish the exam. The fourth layerof the Tie-breaker will be the highest subjective marks.And the additional Tie-breaker policy will be decided by the management of EduHive.
Scholarship module:
Total Scholarship: 15.5 Lac BDT equivalent scholarship
Total merit positions: 286 students will get scholarships in two groups
(Science & Commerce) in two segments:
National Level:15 winners in each group will be selected as national level winners.
Total merit positions-30
District Level: 1 male student & 1 female student would be selected from each group for district level winners.
Total merit positions-256 applicable for 64 districts.
District Level Prize:
One male student & One female student from each group (science & commerce) will get 5 thousand equivalent EduHive scholarship.
Syllabus:
Each group would have syllabus moduled video tutorial classes to understand the total syllabus of the final exam.2 group subject classes(Physics/Chemistry/Math & Accounting & Management) & 1 general class (Bangla/English) will be held.
Video Tutorials:
Science: 5 Subjects (Bangla-10,English-10,Physics-10,Chemistry-10,Math-10)
Commerce: 4 Subjects ( Bangla-10, English-10, Accounting-20, Management-10)
Final Exam:
Final Exam window will be opened for two hours from 8 pm-10 pm on the scheduled date.A student can take part in the exam and get defined time for exam. Science: Science students will get 45 minutes to answer 50 questions. Commerce: Commerce students will get 45 minutes to answer 50 questions. No negative marks will be counted.
Verification:
The Winners of the competition will be verified by the given information. If there is any fraudulent activity found, the contest officials reserves the right to disqualify any competitor making false statements on entry forms without giving any reason for its decision and his/her prize will be forfeited.If any winner be disqualified, his/her prize will thereafter be.
