Japanese Government has offered "Young Leaders Program" - YLP scholarship 2019 to pursue studies in Public Administration/Public Policy at National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies(GRIPS), Japan. Duration of the Programme is October 2019 - September 2020 .

Eligibility:
Successful candidates must:
- Be under the age of 40 as of 01 October, 2019
- Have at least three years working experience in public administration;
- A minimum TOEFL -iBT score of 79, IELTS 6.0;
- In good health.
The following expenses will be covered by the organizers:
- Tuition fees;
- Allowances 2,42,000 yen per month (equivalent to 1,81,500 BDT);
- Accommodations (Grantees may reside at accommodation provided by GRIPS);
- Study Materials used in the program;
- Round trip economy class air tickets;
