Difference between HSC Examination and University Admission test - Examination ?
There are some basic differences in the two exams. First, during the HSC examination we read a precise suggestion of some important questions. Nobody reads the whole book. But, there is nothing important or suggestion in admission test. You have to read the entire books very well. Questions can come from any part of the book.
The second difference is in the question type of both examinations. HSC examinations have many theory questions and the questions are asked to prove. Such theoretical questions will be few in the admission test. Most important is the mathematical problems. So, understanding everything from now is very important.
The third difference is the exam competition. There is no competition for one in the SSC or HSC examination. All GPA-5.00 achivers are considered to be the first here. But, the merit list is very important in all admission test.
For the 1600 seats of the University of Dhaka, you have to achieve position in 4000th place. If you achieve place in the first 1000 people, it is also good. To make a position in the 1000th place, if there is no answer that how much marks are needed. In any year, someone gets 80 of the first 1000 students. Again, in some year no one gets chance by achieving 90 marks. In other words, the whole thing depends on examinee.
So, The Admission Tests and the HSC exams are very different. Same preparation can not cover the both examination. However, there is matching about 70% of them. The remaining 30% should be prepared by yourself.
