Fully Funded Mexican Government Scholarship Program 2018 for international students
Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID) invites international students who are interested to study in Undergraduate Degree, Master’s Degree, Doctorate Degree, Conducting Graduate or Postdoctoral Research in Mexico.
Application Deadline: 28th September 2017.
Who will get this scholarship?
This scholarship will be offered to more than 180 country’s international students.
Eligibility:
1. Bachelors, Master’s or Ph.D. Degree as required by the program.
2. Minimum Grade Point Average of eighty(80) on 0 to 100 scale or the equivalent in the last academic degree.
3. Candidates who do not live in Mexico.
Scholarship’s Benefits:
1. Monthly stipend according to the degree.
2. In 2017, the stipend was calculated with the minimum salary in Mexico city and it was about $9604 pesos which are approximately USD $529.77.
3. Monthly stipends are not divisible or partial. The scholarship will be paid at the end of every month.
4. Registration fees and tuition according to degree program and institutions.
5. Health Insurance from the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
6. The cost of temporary resident/student visa insurance.
Application Procedure:
1. Application form or all other requested information must be submitted to the Mexican Embassy of the applicant’s country.
2. All documents must be in Spanish or submitted with translations into the Spanish language.
3. Candidates will be informed about scholarship result by the corresponding Mexican Embassy.
